FITCHBURG (WKOW) -- Officers are looking for two men following a shooting early Saturday morning.  The suspects shot two people, including a child.

Mistrial declared in McMillen case


With the jury two hours into the second day of deliberation in Stephanie McMillen’s attempted murder trial, a new twist came to life. McMillen’s defense attorney, Jay Englund, moved that the judge declare a mistrial, and with no resistance from the prosecution, it was granted.

Authorities recover body from Fox River


APPLETON – An investigation is underway in Appleton after a man’s body was pulled from the Fox River. Authorities say the body is that of an adult male. However, investigators are still trying to work out a time-line of how long the body was in the river.

Superior: Judge denies robbery evidence in Murder case


One of five suspects charged in the shooting death of a Superior man last fall is facing new charges stemming from an earlier robbery case — but a Douglas County judge ruled Tuesday the new charges can’t be admitted as evidence in the man’s upcoming party to felony murder trial.
