KENOSHA COUNTY -- It's a small community with a big time criminal roaming around. Residents in the Town of Brighton are on alert as homicide suspect Andrew Obregon continues to elude authorities in cornfields and high-speed chases. Folks in the surrounding areas are trying to not let the manhunt disrupt their lives too much.
It was an upbeat day on Saturday, October 10th, as JeddyFest 2015 went on without incident -- despite the possibility of Obregon looming nearby.
ELKHORN -- Two people are dead after shots are fired in the small community of Elkhorn.
The call to police came in at approximately 9:20 a.m. Saturday, October 10th.
Authorities are still trying to piece together what exactly happened to lead to the deaths of the two men found inside the home near S. Wisconsin and Frank Street.
The little community of fewer than 10,000 people prides itself on "living in harmony." But its peaceful aura was punctured with gunshots Saturday morning.
MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting they say erupted from a gambling dispute.
A police statement says the 24-year-old male victim from Milwaukee had been gambling with a group in an alley around 8 p.m. Saturday when an argument broke out. During the argument, one subject shot the victim, who died at the scene.
Police believe the victim and the subject knew each other.
No arrests were immediately announced, and the victim's name was not immediately released.
MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating two separate shootings from Friday, September 4th. In one of the incidents, the victim was just ten years old.
The first shooting happened in Washington Park around 5:30 p.m. A 10-year-old girl indicated she was playing with friends when she heard a “pop” and realized she was shot. The girl then walked home and was taken to a hospital two hours later by her parents. Once there, she was treated and released for a minor injury. Right now, there are no suspects identified in this incident.
NEW RICHMOND, Wis. (WEAU) -- Police have released a provisional cause of death from the Ramsey County Medical Examiner in the death of a mother and daughter found inside a burning home in New Richmond.
According to New Richmond Police, Courtney Bradford, 30, and Jasmine Bradford, 10, were found dead Wednesday around 12:30 p.m. When officers arrived at the home, there was the smell of smoke as well as running water.
The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled both deaths as a homicide. It says both died from loss of blood due to multiple stab wounds.
UPDATE (WKOW) -- A Madison woman has been charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide in the death of a 31-year-old man.
The Madison Police Department arrested Cierra T. Finkley, 25. She's been booked in the Dane County Jail.

MADISON (WKOW) -- Police say a 31-year-old man who was stabbed Tuesday afternoon has died and a person of interest is in custody.
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WEAU) -- We have new information on a homicide investigation in Wood County.
The Sheriff's Department has released the name of the woman killed.
She is 47-year-old Theresa Coates.
Deputies say Miguel-Angel Oertel,17, shot Coates and then turned the gun on himself.
It happened Monday night, south of Wisconsin Rapids.
Oertel was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is being monitored by deputies.Coates died at the hospital.
MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police responded to the area of 19th and Brown Wednesday, August 19th for a report of a shooting.
No additional details have been released — including the circumstances that led to the incident or the extent of injuries sustained.

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a double shooting that occurred Tuesday night, August 18th.
It happened near 18th and Cherry at approximately 10:35 pm.
Police say a 26-year-old man and an 18-year-old man both sustained non-life threatening injuries and are being treated at local hospitals.
The motive for the shooting is unclear at this time as the victims are not being forthright about what occurred.
There are no suspects in custody at this time. The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
