BARRON COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU) -- A man facing homicide charges in a fatal crash that happened in Barron County has pleaded no contest.
Gary Clark, 64 of Brandon, was found guilty of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle. Three other charges were dismissed.
It happened in July of 2013 on Highway 8 when Deputies say Clark failed to stop at a stop sign and hit a car.
The driver of the car died at the scene. A passenger, however, had non-life threatening injuries.
Clark will appear for sentencing April 30.
