Lake Delton man in hospital after stabbing

LAKE DELTON (WKOW) -- Lake Delton Police say a man is in the hospital after a stabbing incident Wednesday night.

Police responded to a verbal disturbance at an apartment complex on West Adams Street around 8:50 p.m. Officers found a man lying in the parking lot of the building. He had been stabbed several times. 

The victim was taken to the St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo by Dells-Delton EMS. He was later transported to UW-Hospital. Authorities say the victim is still in the hospital and are not releasing his condition.

Police say all the people involved in the incident knew each other and there is no risk to the community.
