Holmen, WI (WXOW) - Two people are arrested in connection with the death of a toddler.
Holmen Police arrested Dylan Bartsh, 30, of Altura, MN and Jaymie Rundle, 24, of Holmen, both for party to the crime and child neglect resulting in death and physical abuse of a child.
Police said the investigation into Bartsh and Rundle began last year when the 3-year-old girl, identified as Bartsh's daughter, was hospitalized for a seizure. No other details are being released at this time.
Bartsh is being held at the Winona County Jail awaiting extradition back to Wisconsin. Rundle is in the La Crosse County Jail and is expected to appear in court Wednesday.
