ELLSWORTH, Wis. -- The man who was driving a boat that crashed on the St. Croix River in 2013, killing one passenger, has pleaded guilty of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

BELOIT (WKOW) -- The Beloit Police Department say five people were arrested after a shooting spree in Beloit Thursday night. The five people were arrested in Winnebago County, Illinois and have charges in Illinois and in Beloit.
